• Security & Account-Sharing Logs: To enforce our Single-User Access Policy, we log connection data including IP addresses, browser user-agent details, access timestamps, and concurrent session flags.
• AI Assistant Queries: We collect text queries, tick lists, and commands you submit to the AI Chat Assistant ("Lead Analyst") to generate responses and maintain chat histories.
• Platform Customizations: We store your user-defined preferences, watchlists, saved scanner configurations, and custom alert thresholds.
• System Usage Metrics: We collect anonymous performance telemetry and event logs (such as page load speeds and error rates) to improve platform stability.
• Cookies and Local Storage: We use cookies, secure session tokens, and local storage to keep you logged into the Platform, remember your scanner configurations, and maintain your UI preferences. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of these essential tracking technologies.

We do not store financial account numbers or credit card details directly on our servers. If you purchase a subscription to the Services, your payment information is collected and processed securely by our certified third-party payment processors or digital storefront platforms (e.g., Stripe, Whop). Trade IQ, LLC does not have direct access to your full payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

• Credential Vetting & Authentication: Evaluating pending registration requests, verifying user identity, and controlling secure login sessions.
• Operating the Services: Generating momentum gauges, pattern breakout notifications, options GEX calculations, and audio alert streams.
• Processing AI Chat Queries: Routing your prompts to our secure local database and secure third-party Large Language Model (LLM) APIs to return analytical summaries.
• Enforcing Terms of Service: Monitoring session counts and query frequencies to detect and prevent unauthorized account sharing, credential leaking, or automated data scraping.
• System Improvements: Analyzing platform telemetry to optimize index calculations, database queries, and layout responsiveness.
• Communications: Sending administrative emails, system update notifications, and status alerts regarding your account access.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, watchlists, or AI chat queries to third parties for marketing purposes. We disclose data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers & API Integrations: We share necessary data with trusted third parties that operate our infrastructure and platform features. This includes cloud infrastructure providers, AI model API partners (e.g., Google Gemini API), and market data/news feed aggregators (e.g., Alpaca, Benzinga, X). These providers process inputs strictly to deliver service functionality under confidentiality obligations.
• Compliance with Law: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or in response to a valid order of a court located in South Carolina, or if we believe such action is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trade IQ, LLC, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, user account databases may be transferred as part of the business assets to the acquiring entity.

4. Third-Party AI Integrations

Our AI Chat Assistant ("Lead Analyst") interfaces with advanced language models to synthesize market data.

• Prompt Transmission: When you submit a query, the prompt is securely transmitted to third-party AI APIs (such as Google Gemini API) to generate a response.
• Data Protection: These API partners are contractually prohibited from using your prompts to train their public models or using your data for any commercial purposes outside of generating your requested response.
• User Responsibility Regarding AI Prompts: You are strictly advised not to submit any personally identifiable information (PII), actual brokerage account numbers, or sensitive financial data into the AI Chat Assistant. Trade IQ, LLC is not responsible for the exposure of sensitive personal data voluntarily submitted into the chat interface.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform integrates with and links to third-party services, including Discord for community alerts, and external APIs (such as X/Twitter and Benzinga) for financial news feeds. If you click on a third-party link or interact with an external integration, you will be subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. Trade IQ, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices, tracking cookies, or content of any external websites or services.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Transmission Security: All traffic to and from the Platform is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
• Credential Storage: User passwords are encrypted using secure cryptographic hashing algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
• Session Tokens: Active sessions are managed via signed, time-limited authentication tokens.

No system can be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on our servers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and platform settings only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Services.

• Account Deactivation: If your access is terminated, suspended, or your request is denied, we will delete or anonymize your registration details and custom watchlists within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal compliance or dispute resolution.
• Security Logs: Connection logs, IP mappings, and system metrics are retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and audit purposes.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following rights regarding the control of your personal data:

• Access and Corrections: You can review or request corrections to your registration details by contacting administration.
• Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and purge of your platform data at any time.
• Communications Opt-Out: You can opt out of administrative or update emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting support (though essential access notices will still be sent).
• Data Portability: Depending on your jurisdiction (such as California or the European Economic Area), you may have the legal right to request a digital copy of the personal data we hold about you in a structured, commonly used format.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is designed exclusively for professional, institutional, and individual retail traders who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If we discover that a child under eighteen has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. South Carolina Jurisdiction

Trade IQ, LLC is organized and operates under the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any issues, disputes, or inquiries regarding data privacy compliance, breaches, or requests are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in South Carolina.

11. International Data Transfers

Trade IQ, LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where our servers and central databases are located. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
